I'm a Librivox volunteer, not an Admin, but I can see that collection was created in 2006. I'm not sure if it was actually made by Librivox, or just a fan, but either way there has never been any mention on the forums of needing to keep it updated, or of anyone working on it, so I suspect it has not been touched since 2006 and is hopelessly out of date.

Trying to create something capable of storing the whole catalogue would be pretty impossibly time consuming at this point, (several new books are added every day, so even after the initial time sink it would need constant updating or would be almost instantly out of date) and the number of CDs it would fill would likely number in the thousands, even with the MP3s at their most compressed. (The size of the collection mid-2006 was about 250 - 300 books)

As for your second question, go to the Librivox catalogue: https://catalog.librivox.org/ click on more search options and search by reader name. If you're not sure who the reader is or how to spell their name, search for the book they read and their name will be at the top.

The catalogue will be changing soon to something easier to use, but the link should remain the same.
